Charlotte Ivey is an abstract expressionist artist born in 1984, Aotearoa/New Zealand, currently based in Naarm, Australia.

Ivey’s work explores conversations of the traditionally 'feminine' interrupted by discord.

Much of her recent work is led by influences of the body – such as the illusory nature of psychological states, and how they dictate our experience of external environments. She is also increasingly influenced by Australian geology and flora.
